I forgave unforgivable mistakes, tried to replace irreplaceable people and forget unforgettable people. I done things by impulse and I disappointed myself with people I never thought would disappoint me, but I know I disappointed someone too. I hugged someone just looking for protection, and laughed when I couldn’t, I made perpetual friends, loved and was loved, but I was also rejected, or I was loved and I didn’t love back. I cried it all out and I also though i would die of happiness, I lived only of love and I made perpetual oaths. I cried listening to music and seeing old photos, I called someone just to listen to their voice, I feel in love with a smile, I thought that I was going to die of homesickness and feared to lose someone special (and I lost).. But I lived, and I still live! I refuse to just go through Life! And I refuse to just let it pass. I live! It’s good to fight with determination, to embrace life and live it with passion, to lose with flair and to be successful and daring, because the world belongs to the ones who dare to live, Life is too precious for us to be insignificant.  |

Where does it come from? This quest?This need to understand and solve life's mysteries? When the simplest of questions can never be answered. Why are we here? What is the soul? Why do we dream? Why do we love? What is the purpose of our lives? Perhaps we'd be better off not looking at all. Not delving, not yearning, not dreaming, not believing. But that's not human nature, not the human heart. That is not why we are here. Yet still we struggle to make a difference, to change the world, to dream of hope. Never knowing for certain, who we will meet along the way. Who among the world of strangers will hold our hand. Touch our hearts. And share the pain of trying. So much struggle for meaning, for purpose. And in the end, we find it only in each other. Our shared experience of the fantastic. And the mundane.
The simple human need to find a kindred. To connect. To love. And to know in our hearts... that we are not alone.
